HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can order online 24 Hours a day, 7 Days a Week or Email us your order to IcingontheCakeBoutique@hotmail.com.
Please note, credit card orders can only be placed online using PAYPAL.In completing an order you must provide all the required information for the order to be valid and processed!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our items are all hand painted and handmade so we require a 2-2 1/2 weeks production time to create your order unless you are purchasing a preorder which the date is started..
WHAT KINDS OF PAINT DO YOU USE?
We use a variety of non-toxic acrylic paints and puffy paint on products.
If you are placing a large order for a bridal shower, baby shower, wedding etc... please email us the date needed by and place your order as early as possible as all of our items are handpainted and take alot of time to create. There may also be an extra charge for shipping on large orders.
We will email you directly if the order cannot be made in time for the date needed.
DO YOU OFFER A PERSONALIZATION SERVICE?
We offer a free personalization service on any item.If you see something you like and need a different size, color or style, contact us and we can see if we can accomodate your request. Most items can be custom colored and coordinated. Contact us with any questions as orders are non-refundable after mailed!
DO YOU OFFER A GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE?
NO not at this time.
DO YOU OFFER RUSH DELIVERY SERVICE?
NO not at this time due to custom nature of our products.
DO YOU OFFER A BRIDAL AND BABY GIFT REGISTRY SERVICE?
We offer a bridal gift registry service and it is free to sign up.Other benefits include complimentary giftwrap on all items ordered off the registry, free gift with minimum orders, and free registry cards upon request.We also offer a free Baby Gift Registry service offering the same amenities.
DO YOU OFFER A RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our business and most of our items are custom made we cannot accept returns or exchanges. ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NO EXCEPTIONS. However, we want you to be completely satisfied and happy with your products and service and if there is an error on our part or if you receive your order and it is damaged please contact us and we will discuss it further.If you are unsure about a product or color, please email us. We are sorry but shipping charges cannot be reimbursed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

sales tax is 6%.

We usually use UPS or USPS Mail.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?
Our shipping fees are a flat rate $8.49 on any size order which includes tracking! We cover the rest of the cost of the packaging materials whiche is included in this price.Please note large orders may require an extra shipping charge.We will contact you if there is an additional charge after we receive the order.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PAYPAL for credit card online ordering which is secure and a free service, Personal Check and Money Orders.

Information collected from you during your transaction is very secure. Payment information thru PAYPAL is very secure. After that, we keep your name, phone number and email address on an electric file to alert you of savings and upcoming promotions. If you would prefer not to recieve any future mailings please email us directly to have your name removed from our list. We never sell your information or share it with anyone.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE LOCATION?
No, at this time we only sell our gifts online.We hope to create a catalog in the future.
CAN I SHIP TO ANOTHER ADDRESS ONLINE?
Absolutely! At checkout, please make sure to put in the correct shipping address and if it is a Bridal Registry Gift it will be complimentary giftwrapped. If you want to ship to multiple addresses contact us as additional fees will apply.
